Product Introduction of Fully Welded Ball Valves
Fully welded ball valves do not have external leakage or other phenomena. The processing of the ball is tracked and inspected by a computer detector, so the processing precision of the ball is high. Since the valve body material is the same as the pipe material, there will be no uneven stress, and it will not deform due to earthquakes or vehicles passing on the ground, making the pipe resistant to aging. The sealing ring body is made of RPTFE material containing 25% Carbon, ensuring complete zero leakage (0%). The directly buried welded ball valve can be directly buried underground, eliminating the need to build large valve wells; only a small shallow well needs to be set on the ground, which greatly saves construction costs and engineering time.
The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline. The ball has extremely high processing precision, is light to operate, and has no abnormal interference. Using raw materials, it can withstand pressures above PN25. Compared with products of the same specification in the same industry, the valve body is smaller and has a beautiful appearance. Under the condition of ensuring normal operation and use of the valve, its service life is more than 20 years.
